Control Panel Design & Fabrication
Safety & Code compliance, Reliability, and Maintainability.
Reliable automation starts with solid hardware. CueBid Automation designs and fabricates industrial control panels that are safe, serviceable, and built to last in real-world conditions—not just on paper.

Design work is done with a lifecycle mindset—anticipating expansion, maintenance, and future modifications.
We can build from our own designs or from client-provided drawings and specifications.
Panel Fabrication
Control panels are built using consistent shop procedures and electrical standards:
-
Proper wire sizing, color coding, and ferruling
-
Neat, labeled wiring routes in wire duct and tray
-
Torqueing of terminals per manufacturer specifications
-
Separation of power and control wiring, where practical
-
Panel labeling (devices, terminals, wire numbers) matching the drawings
-
Functional testing against checklists before leaving the shop
We can build from our own designs or from client-provided drawings and specifications.
Our Approach
We design panels around three priorities:
Control panels are engineered and built as part of a complete system, aligned with PLC/RTU logic, SCADA design, and site conditions.

What You Receive
Every panel project includes:
-
Final CAD drawings (schematics, layouts, and I/O diagrams)
-
Bill of materials with manufacturer and part numbers
-
Panel photos for reference and documentation
-
Test records and, if requested, FAT checklists
-
Nameplates and wire labels matching the drawing set
For multi-panel or multi-site projects, we can develop standard templates so future work is consistent and easier to support.

Why CueBid Automation for Panels?
-
Integrated design – Panel design is coordinated with PLC/RTU logic, SCADA screens, and field devices—not done in isolation.
-
Shop discipline – Repeatable SOPs and checklists for fabrication and QC.
-
Vendor-neutral flexibility – We work within your standards and preferred suppliers.
-
Service-focused – Panels are built so technicians can understand, troubleshoot, and expand them without guesswork.
